Rates are applicable year round. Rates are for a maximum of 2 adults & 2 children per room. Each additional person is $30.00 USD with a 2 additional person maximum. Please note, 9% Hotel tax is added to all of the above rates.

Booking & Refund Policy: One night deposit is required for booking a room. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, the full payment is required upon booking. A full refund will be granted if cancellation is received up to 60 days prior to arrival. If less than 60 days but more than 45 days prior to arrival, 50% refund will be granted. No refund at 45 days or less prior to arrival. Credit card charges are 3.5% for VISA/MC and 4.5% for AMEX. These charges are not refundable.
