The unit is part of the Malacate Beach Resort. When you purchase a condo unit you can receive revenue produced by that unit when you are not there and you can stay anytime you want however at that time you will not receive revenues from the resort customer occupancy. The rental income of your unit is determined by resort occupancy on a 50/50 bases and you will be charged a management fee to cover cleaning, airport transfers, marketing etc. Your unit will only be rented if you want it so.
